Cannot uninstall Illustrator

Hey all!

I am having a tough time uninstalling Illustrator with Creative Cloud.

Relevant info:

Adobe Illustrator 2022 26.5

Windows 10 Pro version 21H2

16GB RAM

At the moment this is what I am trying:

- Open control panel > Programs > Programs and Features

- click on adobe illustrator > uninstall

- Illustrator preferences open in Adobe Creative Cloud

- Click on Remove/Keep (both have the same outcome)

- Waiting...

- Nothing happens

The program is still visible under Programs and Features

When I try uninstalling creative cloud I have the option to repair the install, when I do I get this which has not gone away still:

Has anyone run into this? How can I get Illustrator uninstalled?

Try unistalling using the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

You could also try the Creative Cloud Cleaner app

Thank you! The cleaner worked. Unfortunately I wasn't seeing the option to uninstall through creative cloud.
