cant access installed app elements photo

I purchased this app from microsoft store , and it does not show up on my account .  I do have a few difference emails so i am thinking i got them mixed up.  Can i merge the emails so i cAN HAVE access to all of my apps ?

Purchases made from Microsoft, Google Play or Apple stores have nothing to do with Adobe.
