CANT FIND PURCHASED AUDITION AND PHOTOSHOP

I HAVE RECEIVED EMAILS FROM ADOBE WITH ACCESS TO PHOTOSHOP AND AUDITION GIVEN FROM MY COMPANY, BUT I CANNOT ACCESS THEM, THEY DONT SHOW ON CREATIVE CLOUD, HEP PLZ!

When you have a subscription

-sign in to your account with your ID and password
-Cloud Manager to install all programs https://www.adobe.com/ie/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

Contact your employer's or school's IT dept.  They must give you proper access to those apps before you can use them.

 

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click your Avatar (top right image) > Preferences > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar again.
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with the ID and password provided to you by your IT dept.
