Case closed without resolution. Can it be reopened?

My case ref ADB-3663483-Q0P6 was closed, despite my saying there would be a delay for a couple of days whilst Microsoft was trying to help me, and I would get back to Adobe.

Microsoft has told me my problem may still be an Adobe one. I cannot open Bridge, Photoshop or Lightroom without being administrator. They are recommending an 'in-place upgrade', and are supposed to be sending me instructions, which haven't yet arrived (after an hour).

Can the case be reopened and held for another couple of days, at least?

Hi! I'm slightly confused. Is this a case you have open with Adobe or Microsoft?

Looks like there is a case with both MS and Adobe and Adobe just closed the case, because there where no more information coming in.

I would in such a case recontact Adobe, when I have the conclusions from Microsoft and simply give the case number from Adobe as a reference. I suppose that the Adobe agent, with the case number, can look into the case and do what is needed.

Abambo, that seems sound advice. Adobe recommended I go to Microsoft and when asked whether the case had been resolved, I did ask for a delay, but Adobe has not heeded that.

I don't know how I managed to get the case opened in the first case, as now I try to open a new case, I am sent round in circles, being asked what is my product over and over.
