CC 2020 Programme Aktualisierung: „nicht kompatibel“ – High Sierra 10.13.6 iMac (27", Ende 2013)

Für diverse CC-Software (PS, Illu, InDesign, XD, Lightroom…) erhalte ich beim heutigen Versuch der Aktualisierung ein „nicht kompatibel“. Was ist zu tun? Hilfe wäre super.

Hi Ptra,

This most likely is due to your computer not meeting the requirements to use todays upgrade, links to the requirements for the latest version(s) are listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html

Note: Adobe no longer supports 10.13 with many of the latest updates

As Kanika mentions, you could install a prior version or you may need to update your macOS or hardware to support later macOS versions.
