CC App Files and Fonts tabs just spinning for days

I'm needing urgent help, can't access my files through the app this week, the files and fonts tabs on the app just spin and never connect.
Does Adobe have a live chat facility?

Also wondering when they upgraded the minimum OS requirement to 10.12, is this a very recent change?petc
