CC Cloud and OneDrive interoperability

I currently use OneDrive to store/manage my graphics and photography files.  I have been using CS6 for many years.

I am contemplating subscribing to the full Creative Cloud package, and anticipate using it on both a Windows desktop and an Apple laptop.  I have a shared OneDrive folder on both my Windows desktop and my MacBook Pro, and all of my photo/graphics assets are on the OneDrive device drives, and they are synched to the Office 365 cloud servers.

Two questions:

1) If I set up the Creative Cloud applications on both computers, will I be able to point the CC Cloud to the OneDrive device drives?  I searched and found some old discussions on this, but am wondering if there are any new implementations of this.  The way I imagine it working is when I create/edit something on my desktop, OneDrive will synch my other device, but it will also sync to the Adobe CC Cloud.

2) Alternatively, I can use OneDrive as my device synchronizer. Do I even need to store things in the Adobe Cloud?

Thanks,

Nick

i would recommend option 2.  (imo) there's no compelling reason to change your work-flow to use cc storage.
