Almost every time I start my Imac, I am logged of again (CC Desktop app). And this is for month now. I tried to be patient and wait for Adobe to fix it but it's enough.
You have to wait every time to start your work until all is syncronized and all fonts etc. are available in the programs. It sucks.
This can't be that complicated to fix?!

i think this is the latest version (as of 3/25/20):
if that's not what you have, update your cc app.
if that's what you have and you still have the problem, reset the cc app.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, do a clean
