CC download error undefined

I can't download Creative Cloud. I keep getting the error message download error undefined. What am I missing?

II'm not sure what details I would need to provide but I'll try... I disabled firewall temporarily, enabled my antivirus to allow adobe and have reinstalled many times with the same error. There is no number with the error message it just states undefined, which is why I'm asking here as I've had no luck reaching the live chats and am not sure what else to do. Windows 7, PC, 64 bit. Anything else that would be helpful?

No I am not on a managed network. I have tried searching for answers on here, the help pages and live chat (where no one is actually available to chat). Tomorrow I will try to call....
