CC Market. [Not available from CC Desktop anymore?]

Hi,

The Creative Cloud Market is not available from CC desktop anymore. Only from mobiles and using only Sketch we can access to it? Is there no way now to access the market directly from desktop?

Does it mean that the access to vector graphics will be accesible only for qualified subscribers like the photos of the stock, according to the region we belong to?

Free assets in adobe stocks can be accessed without a subscription (of stock at least).
