CEP Html Engine Helper steals CPU

Hello,

 

How to I turn off the Adobe CEF Helper / CEP HTML Engine Helper?

They continually appear in the activity monitor taking up 95% of my CPU.

It brings my laptop to a stand still while using a wacom.

Its driving me mad. Thanks
