I have two hard drives. One that is 64GB that only has my windows info on it and a second hard drive with 4 terabytes. The adobe software always defaults to the 64 GB hard drive and won't install because I have no storage there. How do I get Adobe to not default to my small hard drive?

Even IF you follow those instruction to install the main program file on some other drive than the system drive all programs today (or maybe that should be 99% of all programs today) also place files on the system drive.

Simple fact it you need a much larger system drive than the 64GB SSD you are now using. SSD'd are not that much money these days. You can get a 500GB for around $100 or even less.
