There is a bug in my Creative Cloud manager app. When I switch the language, it will not show other apps installed unless I switch the languages back.

yes but its silly. should show all the installed apps. otherwise might install apps twice for no reason. Adobe tech support should know and forward info to devs

Sorry, I can't implement your suggestions, the explanation is not clear to me.
all I want is : please change the French version (witch I didn't instal) in Dutch.
Somebody ( in the adobe organisation) changed this without my consent!

1. uninstall all your french versions including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
2. change the install language to dutch, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/change-installed-language.html
3. restart your computer and recheck that the install language is still dutch
4. use the cc app to install your dutch versions.
