I had been trying to change my adobe plan from Sunday till now. I was unable to do so it is so frustrating whereby there are so many useless pop-up.
On Sunday the technical department said that their customer service site was down and asked to wait for a few hours. After waiting for a few hours i was still unable to switch nor cancel plan. Today on Wednesday same issue i was unable to do so....

Its not a matter of changing subscription to "WHAT" but the website should be user friendly whereby subscriber can manage their own account.

Let us know if your issue has been solved or if you need further help.
Please note that changing your subscription from X to Y is best done with the assistance of Adobe via chat (24/24 7/7), because there you get (if you ask for via a button) a transcript of all you agree (or disagree) on with Adobe.
To cancel my plan, I have 4 straight clicks (the 4th is the cancel button, I suppose there will be a confirmation asked), one of the 4 clicks is asking for my login credentials for security reasons. As I have the 2 way authentication on, I will also have, on a new device, to confirm that it is me accessing my account.
When you access via https://accounts.adobe.com/ , you will have one click less I suppose.
