change of where photos are stored

Hey everyone not sure if I am only one with this issue and I am not sure how to fix. Up until March all photos would get stored in OS(C) file with a new folder with the date the photos were taken

now they go into Collections-filter collections-smart collections & finally into past month folder. I don't know how this started and I don't know how to change back to above?? if someone could point me in right direction
