Changing instalation folder doesn't work

This information doesn't works. keeps installing it on C instead of D

Make sure you've removed all Adobe applications from the C drive before switching.

If it detects resource files in C drive system, it will still go there.

Hello @ArielAleXCo,

 

Sorry to hear about the experience. In addition to Kevin's suggestions, I would suggest you try out these steps in order:

 

  1. Uninstall your app (Illustrator/Photoshop etc.) 
  2. Change location for installing apps under the preferences for Creative Cloud.
  3. Re-install your app.

 

If the steps above don't work, try uninstalling the applications using the CC Cleaner Tool and then reinstall them from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
