Hi,
I've been trying to contact your customer care workers, but literally no one answered me, and I mean literally - I just didn't get a response. I currently have an all apps plan subscription and I would like to change it to a single app. There is no such option in my account. Having read other forum threads I figured I may need to cancel my plan and subscribe to another, but I'm not happy with that since I don't want to pay the cancellation fee. I don't want to cancel, I just want to switch to another plan - paying the fee in such a case is not fair. I wish to know if there's an option to solve this without me paying for cancelling one subscription and having to submit to another one.
Thanks

I just looked at my plan. So log in to your Adobe account and click on manage plans. The plan you have will be a bar on the left. then you should see tow others to the right of that. there are some small arrows about 1/2 way through the Plan bar on the right and left. Click to the right 2 clicks and it should say just Photoshop. There is a dropdown below that if you would like to just select some other singular app. Below the dropdown, it says the app you want to have and below that lists some other services that also comes with it. The image below shows it after the two clicks to the right. The bar on the far right is the single app plan.

if that fails to help, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
p.s. if you're cancelling an annual plan early, there's a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months).

kglad, Daniel,
thanks for your messages, but neither of them seems to solve my problem. I think Adobe's offer differs between US and Europe (i'm from Poland), because I have no such option as the one shown in the screenshot - I checked a few times to be absolutely sure.
On the other hand, I cannot find the answer in the link provided by kglad. There are only the information I already gathered there - that if I can't see the preferred plan in my account, I should contact customer care. That I already know, as well as the fact that cancelling my plan results in penalty fee. I was asking if there was a way to solve my problem without cancelling the plan and paying the fee, simply by switching the plans (which I myself cannot do).
I guess my only option in that case is to try and contact customer care workers once more.
