Charge people in hardship to cancel~ Good show!

Ok Adobe great job! I can't pay you because of the Government shut down but you tell me I have pay you to cancel. I could totally understand if I were canceling for really no other reason that I didn't want it, or didn't want to pay but no paycheck for ???? means have to cut costs. Cut costs means 22 bucks and change now or 11 bucks a month. Great show of support for people in times of hardship. No worries though I will not be back and I am thankful this went through PayPal and not directly from a card.

I'm sorry for your situation, but your conclusions are wrong. Adobe is not the reason for the shutdown and you are experiencing the standard cancel conditions.

Please Contact Customer Care if you feel that Adobe needs to do something.

Not saying adobe is responsible bit to tell someone in this place who cant pay thst to cancel will cost more due to a hardship beyond their control is insane.

That's cleary hard, but the computer does not know about things like not getting a paycheck because a bunch of *** cannot do what needs to be done.

Contact Customer Care  - if there is help, it can only come from there.

Again, I'm sorry about your situation and I really would like to get this stopping.
