Charged for Adobe for Teams - linked to a dead email address

hi, my organisation realised we'd been paying for Adobe for Teams - set up by a previous colleague - and the reneweal reminder was sent to her email. Although the system would have received a 'there is no email' bounce back - Adobe continued to charge for the licence. When we realised we wanted to cancel immediately, but had to pay for another six months, as the contract date was until then. We would like a refund for the past 24 months as it's been charged and linked to a dead email address.CRM:00989000015154

The chat customer support told me to post on the forums. Are you telling me to go back to the chat?

You may try chatting or calling again.

Also you can wait until Adobe Official employee can check and assist you here or over email.

You can also try calling for support and telling them "Billing" when the voice response answers. That should get you to someone who can help.

Search this page for a regionally appropriate phone number for customer support.

Be aware that it can take some time to get someone on the line. Like everyone else, Adobe is finding itself shortstaffed. Please be nice to the CSRs, as there's nothing they can do about that.

Finally got through and after many calls and chats, got the contract cancelled. It was a slog though.

Completely wrong... this is a public forum with other users... nobody here can help with an account problem
