Cloud says it full, but it's not. Can't delete files on assets.adobe.com either.

My cloud currently says it's using its full amount, but there is under a MB of files on it.  When I try to delete the files, it hangs on "Archiving 0/1" forever.  When I try to sync from my computer (where the files have also already been deleted), it repeatedly tells me I'm out of storage.

Help.  Your website doesn't seem to recognize that I have a CC subscription either, so I can't "Chat with you."

It's saying I'm using a CC Free Membership, but that's not right.  I'm under the Student License.  It also doesn't show anything in my order history even though I've been paying for months.  Really confused now.

When I go to that page, it suggests that I check the Plans section in my account.  When I go to Plans, it only lists

"Creative Cloud Free Membership" and there is no order history, and yet my CC was charged on Friday (5/17) for the next month of the student membership.

Agh, just ignore me.  It turns out I somehow created two accounts and was logged into the wrong one (which has no products).  Soooo just quietly delete my post please lol.
