SITUAÇÃO SEMELHANTE

Fiz uma avaliação gratuita da Creative Cloud da Adobe, que, segundo a mensagem recebida, teria duração de sete dias e se encerraria. No entanto, não gostei dos produtos e achei um desperdício oferecer um pacote com tantos programas para quem, como eu, utiliza apenas o Illustrator e o Photoshop.

Ao tentar cancelar hoje, dentro do período de avaliação, descobri que o pacote já havia sido faturado, impossibilitando o cancelamento. O suporte da Adobe não oferece esclarecimentos além da informação genérica de que a cobrança ocorre ao fim da avaliação. No entanto, no meu caso, a Adobe me cobrou antes do prazo final e ainda bloqueou a opção de cancelamento pelo painel do Adobe ID.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
