Collaborate button is missing from context menu

In Mac OS Finder, there was formerly a "Collaborate" button that appeared in the context menu when right-clicking on folders. As outlined here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/collaboration.html

That button has vanished. Any possible reason for this? I am on 10.15.2 Catalina.
