Comment désactiver un appareil, la liste de mon compte est vide ?

Bonjour,

Suite à un changement de carte mère et réinitialisation du système, j'ai réinstallé PhotoShop et Première qui sont installés par ailleurs sur un autre PC portable.

Après avoir saisi mes numéros de série, j'ai un message m'indiquant que le nombre maximal d'ordinateurs est dépassé et je suis invité à en désactiver un. Jusque là, tout est logique.

Le problème, c'est que sur mon compte, la liste des appareils activés est vide. Je ne peux donc pas désactiver l'ancien.

Avez-vous une idée ou un contact qui pourrait m'aider ?

I assume you're using old software.  Creative Cloud does not use serial numbers, it's activated with your log-in ID and password.

 

Deactivate the software from your other laptop.  Or contact support and ask for an activation count reset.  Keep in mind that they no longer support old software.  So don't ask for anything more than an activation count reset.
