How ***** can I get in contact with a real person at customer service?
I had a project for school, so I was in the assumption that bough a monthly sunscription. Now after 2 months I would like to cancel my subscription and I need to pay 50 euro for cancellation. I tried contacting customer service trought chat. First I got a bot, then I was in the assumption that a real person came to fix my issue. But it keeps nagging the last 10 minutes about giving discounts and free months even after I said that I woulden't be using the service anymore. First time I had this horrible customer experience at Adobe.
