Could I trouble someone to deactivate my products?

I have used both of my licenses (two products) on new computer rebuilds. Both involved simply wiping the drives and reinstalling Windows fresh. No deactivation or uninstalling.

When you can't deactivate a serial number
BE SURE TO ONLY ASK FOR ACTIVATION SUPPORT TO ADJUST YOUR ACTIVATION COUNT
You may need to PERSIST or TRY AGAIN to find a support agent with more experience

It took me a while, but I followed your steps and Mohd (agent) was able to clear out the link to the old machines. Unfortunately, this is going to happen again. The first time was total boot drive failure and the second time was a Windows reinstall. After those happen, it's too late.
