Createcloud won't launch

Hi

I've been struggling with Creativecloud for quite a while. I work on a MacBook which I have just formatted and reinstalled OS High Sierra, but I'm still not able to install CC, It works fine in safe mode. Any help would be highly appreciated, as I need CC for my work. Thank you.

Hi! If you could please clarify... you've said you cannot install CC, but that it works fine in safe mode. So, you CAN or you CAN'T install it?

I've managed to install CC in safe mode but it doesn't launch outside safe mode. I've tried to repair the app many times but it still doesn't work and it doesn't appear on the Mac menu bar. On rare occations it appears on the menu bar with a grey icon together with the dialog box (with the remove and repair buttons).
