Are the latest updates getting released regionally or something? I've check religiously since the Adobe Max conference, but they are still unavailable in the CC Desktop App. I tried going to the Adobe website to try and manually install the update for InDesign, but you know what the website does? It pulls up the Desktop app, which doesn't have updates. Useless. In fact, the desktop app doesn't even show any newer versions (latest for InDesign, for example, is v.13.1).
I've seen that many people have had issues with the new releases, but they aren't even available for me.

I've tried everything short of uninstalling and reinstalling because it won't let me do that without uninstalling all my programs, and unfortunately, we're too swamped to start from scratch right now. So far nothing has worked, so that may be the last option.

I was able to send the blog link to my company's IT department and they updated my OS. Apparently Windows updates are blocked to us normal people because when I clicked "Check for updates" the computer kept showing that it was up-to-date and it was not. Thanks Nancy!

I have a similar problem on my windows 7 computer. Reinstalling the OS would help, but that is not what you would normally like to do.
I uninstall the programs and install again. It’s tricky, but it works. And as we soon will upgrade to Windows 10 I hope that my problem will go away as we do normally clean system upgrades.

To be honest, I am confused by what you mean. The Version Release Notes page shows this as the most recent, which is the version I have: Version 4.7.0.400 released on 09/24/2018 (mandatory release)

Are you indicating that reverting to an OLDER version of the desktop app will solve the problem??
