HELP!
I have been on the phone with both Adobe and Apple Care for over 8 hours now without a solution.
I believe there is a user account problem with my Mac because when I log out and use another account, I don't have a problem installing creative cloud and any desired programs.
I have ran the CC Cleaner, tried repairing the Creative Cloud, and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling over and over. Adobe Online support suspects there is a syncing issue with iCloud or something between my computers that won't allow me to repair potentially damaged files. I don't think this has anything to do with the problem, but I updated my Photomatix Pro software yesterday and used the plugin 1 time before having this fiasco happen.
If anyone has any possible solutions, please let me know. As of now, 4 Adobe specialists and 3 Apple Care Senior Technicians couldn't figure it out.

It's probably a read/write permissions problem. See link below.

Yes, I get error code: 146.
I dont want to create a new Mac profile because I have everything on my other account. If I have to, that's what I will do, however it seems like I should be able to get this solved and maintain my current account.
