I just replaced my 2012 MacBook Pro with one of the new MacBook Pro 16" that came with Catalina.
The Creative Cloud apps would not run, which is not suprising with the change to 64 bit only apps. I downloaded the 2020 Creative Cloud installer and the Lightroom Classic CC installer. Neither will run. The CC installer stops during install at 21.5%. Lightroom Classic CC get "Installation failed. Error code 1".
How can I get the CC apps running on my new computer? My monthly subscription isn't much use if I can't install the apps.
I disabled Norton Anti-Virus firewall and it did not help.

I am not sure what you are asking for. I downloaded the most recent installers from the Adobe web site.

There are known issues with CC2020 and Catalina. See here for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/fix-macos-64-bit-compatibility-errors.html#main-pars_head...

I went there. I even ran the cleaner tool.
I still can't install Creative Cloud. It still hangs at 21.5%.

DeanPulsifer, the install is getting stuck at 21.5% because there are 32-bit components of Adobe software still on the computer. Did you download and run the CC Cleaner Tool from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and follow the six steps listed under Remove all products (macOS)?
