Hi, i'm working on Mac.

Recently i removed some old versions of installed apps and suddenly Creative cloud app doesn't show the apps i already have installed.

I have tried this: Apps panel doesn't show installed Adobe Creative Cloud apps

but it did't solve my problem.

Any ideas?

if you successfully renamed opm.db, restarted your computer and the problem remained:

uninstall everything cc, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 3 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Thanks for your reply.

You forgot to mention that i should probably also buy a new computer, have plastic surgery, change my passport and move to Mars.

I'm joking, but you get the point.

Reinstall starting...

Exactly what I was thinking about.
For me, the solution was changing the Default install language in the creative cloud desktop preferences to the language I installed the apps in.

if the op had mentioned they had made a critical change to the cc app by changing the default install language, after installing apps, they would have received a different answer.

and my suggestion was not close to buying a new computer etc: reformatting your hard drive, reinstalling your os and then installing adobe cc is a lot more effort/time and closer to the end of the world. and some users have to do that if they have a hopelessly corrupted installation/computer.

the steps described in my previous message take less than 1 hour.  a lot less than 1 hour if you only have a few adobe programs installed.
