Hi, has anyone had problems installing Creative Cloud App and how did you find a solution?

I am using Mac OS X El Captain and tried to download and install Creative Cloud  app on it. Once its downloaded and I double click to install the the creative cloud installer, it stops responding. Tried all the possible things to solve this problem and still nothing works.

Stop responding means , does the installer disappears or Getting Stuck in the middle of installation ?

You may try below steps:

1)Please click on Apple menu icon and select System Preferences, and then click Network.
2)Choose the network that is currently connected to internet that can be Ethernet or Airport(Wireless).
3)Then click on Advanced button and click Proxies Tab.
4)Under 'Select a Proxy server to Configure' Uncheck all the proxy check boxes, then uncheck 'Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)'
