Creative Cloud constantly reinstalling and need repair

I'm using Windows 10 and  Adobe Creative Cloud keeps asking it needs repair, then reinstall itself and starts all over. The Creative Cloud does this every time I use Adobe Premiere Pro. Can someone finally find a solution to this problem?

once you repair/reinstall is everything ok for a while?

 

if so, something on your computer (eg av, antimalware, cleaner, defragger etc) is corrupting your cc desktop app.
