New Here ,

I can't install Acrobat DC nor uninstall it the open button can't be used it's has been gray for some while, yesterday my msi.dll was corrupted on my laptop and I uninstalled it without using Creative Cloud Desktop so it may have affected this situation i'm currently dealing with. I wondering if I have to wait for an update for it to reinstall on my computer and begin tot work properly.

I'd suggest the following:

  1. Clean using the following tool:
Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
  2. Restart your computer.
  3. You can download Acrobat DC to reinstall from:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/au/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html
