Creative Cloud Desktop App not loading/downloading apps

Hi all,

Please help me to resolve this issue. My CC desktop app is showing this message: "you don't have access to manage apps" although I am an administrator of my computer. I am failing to install any Adobe CC app because when they redirect to the CC Desktop App I keep getting the same message. What could be the problem, and how do I resolve it?

Please show us a screen shot of what you are seeing, the error.

 

Restart your computer. 

Uninstall the Creative Cloud deskltop app.

Restart your computer.

Reinstall the CC DTA and then from that app install the apps you have a subscription for.
