Hello,

I wanted to download Creative Cloud on my desktop in order to dl others apps and use them on my computer. But every time, at the end of the installing process, Creative Cloud doesn't open (the charging wheel keeps spinning for a while) and then shows the message "Adobe Creative Cloud, needed to resolve the problem, is missing or damaged. You can try to repair to fix the issue. If the problem persists, download and install the new copy from http://www.adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp."

I tried every solutions that different topics offered, including posts here.

Delete and re install the app (the normal way, then the adobe uninstaller way, the adobe cleaner tool...etc) without forgetting to reboot my computer each time or running it with my administrator account.

I also tried to put the firewalls off, dl the last version of everything (the app, my os...etc), change the place where the files are first registered. I can't get why it doesn't work.

https://helpx.adobe.com/ch_fr/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-app-doesnt-open.html#:~:text=R%C3%A9i....

A last thing that may be the problem is that Creative cloud weirdly install on both C: and D: whereas new apps should only install on D:. But even when I tried to reinstall it with my default disk on C:, it didn't work...

Anyone has an idea ? I'm getting pretty exhausted and annoyed about it...

Thanks already
