Creative Cloud Desktop open is empty

Since the CCD was updated, it can't be opened any more. Every time it is opened, it is blank. The previous old version can be opened normally.

Jonavon, sorry to hear that the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application is opening with a blank screen.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?  Do you use Chrome as one of your web browsers?  If so, can you please list the plug-ins/add-ons that are currently installed in Chrome.
