Creative Cloud Desktop requires "Repair" on boot

Running Windows 10 Pro and recently updated PSE 2021. When I boot system, Creative Cloud always requires Repair function.  Unable to Uninstall. Have tried downloading and reinstalling with same Repair issue required. Running Win 10 Preview Build 21301.  Thoughts?Screenshot (123).pngScreenshot (120).png

You talk about PSE which is not a subscription program... do you have a cloud subscription?
