creative cloud doesn't allow log in only blank window

My creative cloud is just a blank white window.  It doesn't load or ask me to sign in. Please help asap!!  I have seen others have this issue years ago and were told to fine some user folder.  I don't know where that is.  Downloaded this on MacBook air fully updated.

first, close your cc desktop app.

then, rename the opm.db file by:

    navigate to the OOBE folder.

    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder

    and rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db, eg

finally, launch your cc desktop app.
