I bought a CC membership and even though I opened the application, I could not download anything. It was removed, then I downloaded it again, this time the application did not open, I tried to download it from alternative links. This didn't help either. When I try to download from the normal link, it progresses a little and then gives the error "There was a problem downloading Creative Cloud. Exit the installer and restart to try again. (Error code: 201)" and there is only a "Finish installation" button in the error message. I turned off the firewall, changed internet, updated my operating system, turned off my antivirus, deleted CC and reinstalled. I tried the solutions on the Adobe site and they didn't work. PLEASE HELP ME.

Unfortunately this doesn't work because there is no place for me to log out of my account. I think you thought I installed the application, but no, that's my problem anyway. I can't set it up, I can't log out of my account.

if nothing adobe is installed:
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)
if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Will updating my MS Visual C++ cause any problems on my computer (such as crashing or other programs not working)?

@Deleted User
no, it shouldn't, but did you try to use the cc desktop link in my message to download the app?

Yes, I tried both the alternative connection and the normal connection. It didn't work either. Even though the alternative connection works sometimes, it does not download the application. I also have a question: Adobe Creative Cloud application appears to be 32 bit even though I haven't installed it yet. Could this be related to this? If it's not related to this, I'll start updating my MS Visual C++.

Abdurrahman, sorry you continue to be blocked from using your new Creative Cloud membership. We have been trying to contact you about the error you are encountering.
Can you please use the steps listed in https://adobe.ly/42m5hXA to update your active support case ADB-32891609-X8C7? The support case will close very soon if we don't receive a response, Abdurrahman. ^JW

Hi there,
Error code 113 indicates that your device is not able to connect to Adobe servers, or the firewall settings on your device are interfering with the installation process. Check your Internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try to install the app again. Let us kow the outcome.
Thanks
^KS

for error 113:
if you have an old os, your default browser must support tls 1.2, https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/eol-tls-support.html
to test your default browser's tls you can use , https://clienttest.ssllabs.com:8443/ssltest/viewMyClient.html
otherwise, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos after clicking "link"?
if you can and still see a connection error try these steps, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/unable-to-reach-adobe-servers.html
if those fail, make sure you also tried the steps at, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html
if that fails, try https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-offline-mode.html
if those all fail, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

no, you only need a hosts file to block internet addresses.

So how do I whitelist network endpoints?

if your only firewall is shut down and you still can't connect, white listing won't help.
did you update your ticket?
did you follow all the stops prior to white listing?

I couldn't understand what you meant by ticket. And I did all the steps you mentioned.I would also like to remind you that we are talking about error code 113, not error code 201.
