Creative Cloud Failed

Hi all!

Unfortunately I keep seeing the error in the picture attached to this message. My whole Mac freezes and after reinstalling CC it still keeps happening after 4 to 5 hours. It freezes until I manually put the mac to sleep.

Can someone explain this to me and tell me how I can solve it?
