I can access all the links in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html, my firewall and antivirus is disabled. Adobe is working @ https://status.adobe.com/

I tried it for hours already and I tried on 2 different networks

I followed https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#error206 and https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html, but nothing worked.

I use a windows 10 laptop.

Thanks for the response, I checked settings and TLS 1.2 is enabled so that's not the problem. Do I have to disable TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1?

Disabling TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 still gave the same error 😕
