Creative Cloud keeps preventing my PC from shutting down and decides to uninstall itself randomly.

What is wrong with this program? why does it keep uninstalling itself randomly?

there's probably something on your computer (cleaner, av, antimalware etc) causing the problem.

so how do i shut the computer down if the clean up of installer keeps going?

you'll need to disable your suspect programs during some test restarts to find the problematic program.
