creative cloud & macOS high Sierra

Hi everyone!

I have an EnterpriseID because of the convention of my university with Adobe and my Mac is the OS Sierra 10.13.6 version. This morning, I had to reset the computer. Later, I re-included all my data, except the applications, through the backup. This afternoon, I tried to download the creative cloud, photoshop, illustrator and indesign. All of these downloaded correctly on your computer. at the time of the installation of the program, however, the download remains at 0% and I have to force the output, to close it.

I do not understand what I have to do and I am extremely urgent to install the programs.

Hello! Can you tell us how you're trying to install the programs? Are you using the Creative Cloud Desktop application?
