Macintosh, computer topped out with MacOS 10.11.6. Until 12/19, my creative cloud account worked well. Then, apparently, my apps automatically updated. They do not work with 10.11.6. After contacting the university IT dept., I attempted to replace my apps, first by using an Adobe app to erase those previous apps. When I tried to replace the apps, they all show, with the admonition that they are incompatible. How do I replace those older apps that worked well? I'm using Creative Cloud 4.9.0.504.

Thank you.

You're not going to have a good Creative Cloud experience until you upgrade your computer.   For most things, mac OS 1012 (Sierra) is the minimum requirement now.   El Capitan is no longer supported.
