Hi,
I had a very similar problem last year and turned out it was some weird glitch in the system.
My creative cloud photography plan has expired so entered a new redemption code and still showing as expired when I try and use PS or LR.
Tried to renew again and saying redemption code has been used already.
Logged out and back into my adobe account but still no luck.
Any suggestions??
I think you need to contact adobe support for this. Do you have the code, so you can see why it’s all ready use?
