Creative Cloud on IPhone won't upload vids

I've been trying to upload videos from the IPhone Xs that I use to record the videos via creative cloud app. However it has not been working. Several people responded prior to the forum change, but nothing worked (links didn't address my issue and file name and size were not the issue). The vids are anywhere from 30 sec to 4 mins long. HDR is selected in settings.

 

I can air drop the vids from my iphone to my computer and upload via creative cloud.

 

After much trail and error, I think the issue is that the creative cloud app on iphone and ipad doesn't continue to upload in the background. Also, the upload speed is very very very slow (even on the computer)n making it near impossible to leave the app open while it uploads.

 

Thoughts? comments? suggestions?

 

Ultimately the issue is I can't share vids among my team once taken bc I can't upload via creative cloud on the IPhone.

I am using the Creative Cloud App for iPhone...I am using the most current an updated version of both the IOS and the app. IOS 12.4.1. There are no updates for adobe's creative cloud app, I am up to date.

Hi AuntWinkie, Bani has moved this thread to the correct board. I'd recommend reporting the issue through the Creative Cloud mobile app itself. If you click the picture of your avatar in the top left of the app it should open a menu in which Send Feedback is an option. I'd suggest reporting the issue through there. I'd also be curious if the issue occurs if you attempt to upload a video through a browser instead at https://assets.adobe.com/ instead of through the app. Does it give the same error? That might be a workaround, not sure.
