Creative Cloud refuses to install - error code 207

Basically, whenever I try to install creative cloud to get to the rest of my apps, the install just stops at 1% and gives me the error code 207. Ive tried about everything I could find online and none of them seem to work.

-Disabled Firewall

-Disabled AntiVirus

-Tried installing on several different networks

-Uninstalled everything adobe and tried again

-Wiped all appdata related to adobe

 

Seriously stuck on this as I need it to work while I'm away from my desktop.

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
