I just created an Adobe Account and installed Creative Cloud - which was not on my computer at all prior to this. But it's saying my free trial has expired. How can a trial for a program I've literally never used be expired?

Close all apps.6. Restart your computer.7. Open CC Desktop app.8. Click your Avatar.9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
Try this: Sign out, reboot and sign in again.
