Hello, I purchased the creative cloud pack and now that im trying to download the creative cloud desktop app I can only download the Creative_Cloud_Set-Up.exe and I cannot get any further. No matter how many times I try clicking it it just doesn't respond. I have tried updating my computer, disabling any antivirus, trying to download it multiple times and nothing is working. Thanks in advance 🙂

Just tried that and all it does is throw out a "Do you want to allow this program to make changes to your device?" and after pressing "yes" it thinks for a second and then nothing happens 😞

I'm running out of hope, it didn't work
Clicked on set-up after extracting the files and the blue spinning wheel showed up for a bit and didn't respond

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer
suspend antivirus/antimalware
run installer as administrator

I tried 3.cc apps, creative cloud, cs6 products 4.cc apps and 6.creatice cloud only and none of it helped 😞

contact adobe support via chat so they can see your computer. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Nah old one, brother bought it used and after a couple years gave it to me. My other brother just did some things and now it doesnt show "activate windows" seems like everything is fine but the set-up still doesn't respond

you could, and with that history, should backup your data, reformat your hard drive, reinstall and activate your os
though, to fix the adobe problem you could just reinstall and activate your os.
