I set up a student subscription for CC in February 19, and installed apps on my desktop. I'm trying to install apps on my laptop now, and have realised that my account is not showing any subscriptions in the plan section at all. I've now also realised that the apps I have on my desktop are all telling me that I need to sign up for a trial. I'm going around and around in circles trying to find a way to find support for this problem, but it seems that because I'm on a student subscription I'm being told that someone in my 'organisation' is designated to deal with issues. I'm paying nearly $29/month (I've just double checked, and the money is coming out of my account), so I'm really annoyed that I can't use the product.
Can anyone suggest next steps for me here? TIA
Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
